So dont worry here i present the advice from a real breakfast buff with detail postulates which plays a pivotal role in making of delicious and freshy breakfast:

Time: Feel that you take the time to enjoy - and you deserve it. Put to good music and sit comfortably with a good magazine. Charge the batteries for the day!

Ha goa stuff in the fridge: Make sure there are yogurt, fruit, quark and maybe some cold boiled eggs - so you never have to think about how to put together a good breakfast!

Storage: Store the nuts, oatmeal, muesli, dried fruit, etc. in accessible small cans - so forget not forget that there is when you stand there in the morning coma.

Eat with your eye: Beautiful crockery, cups and trays, I think is important. It's everyday, and some fun it's setting the table up breakfast on a beautiful tray! It's a bit like painting a picture, because you actually eat with the eyes as well. Very color may also be the body to wake up, it is said.

Shortcuts: Ha cold rice ready in the fridge so you can make Risifrutti , and cooked / fried eggs, Davos porridge and maybe a pancake ? Finished grain / bread mixes are also good to have. A pitcher of smoothies can also stand in the fridge for a few days.

A beautiful breakfast tray makes so much ... Linseed sandwiches with spinach, eggs and cherry tomatoes. (Washer - Rice)
